Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties:
- Work with existing wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and offer sales assistance
- Collaborate with sales team to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with existing customers and prospect for new customers
- Help manage and maintain customer lists to make sure all information is pertinent and up-to-date
- Daily entry in Microsoft Outlook and internal database
- Maintain lead generation websites such as Elift and Equipment Trader
- Entering invoices and purchase orders into Quickbooks
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Computer literacy with an understanding of data entry, proofreading, and document formatting
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must be comfortable communicating over the phone, calling new and existing customers
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
- Ability to problem solve in standardized situations using personal skills as well as training provided by Advantage Material Handling
