Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused T-Shape Technician to join our team. This role blends hands-on treatment services with front desk and sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients in a wellness-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Services:
- Administer T-Shape and body sculpting treatments (training provided)
- Educate clients on services, benefits, and aftercare
- Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction during sessions
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage booking systems
- Handle payments and point-of-sale transactions
- Respond to calls, texts, and client inquiries
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Recommend services and packages based on client needs
- Support membership and package sales
- Help build client relationships and retention
Studio Operations:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained
Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, or front desk experience preferred
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or aesthetics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing services and making recommendations (sales experience a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn hands-on treatments
Schedule
- Minimum 15 hours per week
- Weekend availability is a plus
