Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Communicate with clients to assess their preferences and provide personalized nail care recommendations.
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing, hair styling, or esthetic laser treatments based on client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and nail care routines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the salon.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades for their nails.
- Experience in upselling services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Proficiency in various nail care techniques, including nail art and enhancements.
- Familiarity with body waxing, hair styling, barbering, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
