Job Description
As a Mandarin-speaking Loan Officer, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to a diverse client base.
- Communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and needs to design customized financial strategies.
- Stay up to date on market developments and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve client service and business growth.
- Conduct educational seminars and workshops in Mandarin to promote our services.
- Work independently to achieve sales goals and earn commissions.
Career Responsibilities
- Build and maintain your own client base.
- Continuously acquire new clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients to review any changes in their financial situations.
- Provide knowledgeable, personalized financial guidance.
- Offer financial products and services such as investments, business loans, and mortgages.
- Prior finance experience is not required.
- A strong interest in sales and success (“winning” assets) is essential.
- Advisors at Feng Capitals build their business from the ground up with the support of our comprehensive training programs. The early stage focuses heavily on sales, requiring an entrepreneurial and driven mindset.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
- Proven experience in financial planning, investment advising, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial attitude.
