We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team!
We have a variety of shifts for LVNs so come work for Brightstar Care a leading provider of medical staffing. We are currently looking for qualified LVNs to fill various facility shifts in the greater Sacramento, Elk Grove, Yuba City, Marysville, Grass Valley area. The ideal candidate should have 6 months of Licensed Vocational Nurse experience specifically working in nursing homes and/or assisted living facilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION - Licensed Vocational Nurses FACILITY SHIFTS:
- Manage medication cart and administering medication to patients. Charting your med pass in a electronic system.
- Perform skilled patient care per the plan of care under the supervision of an RN
- Support of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws and facility protocol
- Fluid communication with facility and BrightStar office staff
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow typical nursing home or assisted living facility policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITY Licensed Vocational Nurse:
- Prefer 6 months of LVN experience in facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Catheter care, Wound care
- Activities of daily Living care
- Current unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse license in CA
- Current CPR and TB
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Ability to clock in and out on a Smartphone

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
