Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Property Preservation Contractors and Employees to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preserving residential and commercial properties to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations. Your proactive approach will help safeguard properties, enhance their value, and support community stability. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on skills, and a passion for property maintenance. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your expertise in maintaining high-quality properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform property inspections to identify necessary repairs, maintenance, or preservation tasks
- Conduct repairs including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC system repair, and facilities equipment maintenance
- Take numerous pictures of property to show condition interior and exterior
- Maintain building interior and exterior surfaces through maintenance painting and general upkeep
- Repair plumbing systems and ensure plumbing system maintenance aligns with safety standards
- Perform Grass cutting duties and weed whacking
- Follow safety protocols while working with electrical systems, HVAC units, and mechanical components to prevent hazards
- Document all work performed accurately and adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance, repair, or related fields such as MRO (maintenance, repair & operations)
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC system repair, and facilities equipment maintenance
- Must have a vehicle and smart phone
- Must have proper equipment to complete task such as lawn care and securing

Pay: $2,331.91 - $5,216.92 per month
