## Overview
We are a sheet metal laser cutting and fabrication shop. We specialize in quick turn parts and prototypes for key industries in the Pittsburgh Area and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee different projects and operations to ensure smooth functioning throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing teams and driving process improvement.
## Duties
- Integrate new projects into day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Lead project management initiatives to drive successful outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide team members
## Experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fabrication industry
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated success in project management and achieving business objectives
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
