Looking for a professional, trustworthy, team player. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a busy restaurant
Must have at least 3-5 years Restaurant Manager Experience
Manage Servers, server assistants, bussers, food runners and bartenders
Organize and monitor staff schedules
Must be food safe certified
Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed
Train Staff
Interact with Customers to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
Ability to do table touches and get to know our customers
Implement and oversee cost cutting measures
Ensure compliance with restaurant security procedures
Ensure quality of food and beverage presentation
Must maintain a clean and sterile work enviorment
