Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized for easy retrieval
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution
- Assist in office management duties to maintain a productive work environment
- Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing mail, and ordering supplies
- Must be comfortable driving a company provided vehicle
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical assistant role is preferred, with a focus on office management or clerical duties
- CPT-1 License is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued
