This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits
Job related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Responsibilities:
-
Enter, update, retrieve, and maintain information using a personal computer and other data processing systems.

Receive, review, and process coded and uncoded source documents for accuracy and completeness.

Review data and make routine corrections to ensure data integrity.

Manage and prioritize daily workload to meet established deadlines and performance expectations.

Prepare and initiate correspondence in accordance with agency and program policies and procedures.
-
Maintain confidential and complex records, files, and filing systems while ensuring compliance with applicable confidentiality requirements.

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Make professional outbound telephone calls as needed to support unit operations and customer service needs.

Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions, meetings, and conferences.

Work collaboratively and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
