Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands current social media trends, and can create engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Google, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Monitor social media channels and work with Compliance/Senior Management
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to support promotions, product launches, and events.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Photography, videography, or video editing experience is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
