Commercial Roofing Estimator Requirements:
- 2 + Years of Roofing, Construction, or Estimating experience required
- Basic Computer and Math skills (i.e. using estimating software, spreadsheets, and preparing proposals or presentations) required
- Able to climb ladders, access roofs, take measurements, and complete site inspections required
- Travel within the regional area, with occasional early mornings based on job location required
- Estimating or Proposal Development experience preferred
- Commercial Roofing or Construction experience preferred
- Experience with Field inspection or Project Assessment preferred
- Experience with Flat or Low Slope Roofing(I.e. TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, or Metal) preferred

Commercial Roofing Estimator Responsibilities:
- This role involves preparing estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects while completing roof inspections in the field
- Responsibilities include reviewing project details, taking measurements, climbing ladders when needed, and gathering information to create accurate bids
- Additional duties may include calculating material, labor, and equipment costs for new roofs, repairs, and maintenance work
- Presenting clear proposals to clients
- The position combines office-based estimating with hands-on field assessments, primarily supporting flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems
