POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring Lawn Care / Maintenance Technicians with 1–2 years of professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience. This position is full-time during the mowing season with optional part-time winter work, including snow removal with bonus pay opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform lawn maintenance services including:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Follow daily route schedules and time standards
- Safely operate commercial mowing equipment
- Load, fuel, and maintain equipment daily
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Communicate delays or issues to crew lead
- Represent the company professionally on all properties
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of lawn care or landscape maintenance experience required
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently on a route-based schedule
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Clean driving record is a plus
