Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of a wide range of equipment and systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs with precision. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Assist with maintaining a healthy environemnt for staff and patients.
- Support construction or renovation projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with working with the building engineer to improve the facility. Assist with safety protocols related to building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to perform repairs efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to document work accurately and coordinate with other departments. Pay: $17.42 - $18.50 per hour
