Job Description:
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ensures the quality and appropriateness of resident / patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator manages budget for facility.
The LNHA makes sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors and staff in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
The LNHA manages all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
The LNHA is responsible for grievance process from residents, patients, employees, etc.
The position requires a Nursing Home Administrator License valid in Delaware.
