Site Manager – The Site Manager shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all matters relating to contract performance.
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations and Systems Management professionals to lead our warehouse functions and optimize supply chain processes. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory control, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise in logistics systems, transportation management, and operations management will drive seamless order fulfillment, freight handling, and distribution operations.
Experience: As a minimum, the Site Manager shall possess either five (5) years of experience in distribution management or ten (10) years of management experience overseeing distribution operations of similar size and complexity as those required under this contract. Experience shall include a minimum of three (3) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five (5) years. The Site Manager shall possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete all contract requirements.
Job Responsibilities: The Site Manager shall provide overall supervision of Contractor personnel, including but not limited to planning and managing contract performance; coaching and mentoring supervisors and leads; ensuring work is properly scheduled to maximize the efficient use of personnel, equipment, and resources; ensuring accurate and timely reports are provided; implementing quality control measures; identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities; and providing effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services. The Site Manager shall serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact (POC) with the Government for all work performed under the contract and shall possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Operations Oversight Responsibilities: The Site Manager shall oversee operations supporting the receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory of materials; warehouse operations including material handling, packaging, and kitting; consolidation, containerization, and shipping functions; inventory control and supply management procedures; transportation and distribution activities; and support for surge operations, as required. The Site Manager shall also oversee the performance of additional duties as assigned under the contract.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
