We handle a wide range of electrical work, from troubleshooting and repairs to full system upgrades, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily job site visits to review work progress, ensure quality, and verify compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Provide on-site technical support to electricians by troubleshooting issues and helping resolve installation or construction challenges.
- Coordinate with city inspectors, schedule inspections, and represent the company during inspections to ensure successful approval of completed work.
- Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed to maintain workflow and minimize delays.
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress, scheduling, questions, and field-related concerns when necessary.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule by identifying potential issues early and coordinating solutions with the project manager and field crews.
- Verify that all work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety policies.
- Assist with field coordination, material management, and overall job site organization to support efficient project execution.
- Report project status, inspection results, and field observations to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Hands-on residential/commercial electrical experience.
- Solid knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA rules, and blueprint reading.
- Hands-on experience coordinating and passing city electrical inspections.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for on-site problem-solving.
- Excellent customer service and crew communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma; trade school/apprenticeship is a plus.
