As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Lead Wedding Planner / Wedding Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable wedding professional who can confidently lead wedding day execution and provide an exceptional client experience.
This position is ideal for someone with previous wedding planning, wedding coordination, venue management, or event management experience who is passionate about weddings and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Consistent event opportunities available throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Lead wedding day coordination and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff on wedding day
- Manage wedding timelines and event logistics
- Conduct final planning meetings with clients as assigned
- Review wedding details, layouts, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate ceremony rehearsals when assigned
- Troubleshoot issues and make decisions confidently during events
- Direct wedding party members, vendors, and event staff
- Complete post-event reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous wedding planning, wedding coordination, venue management, or event management experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work independently and lead an event with confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading weddings as a planner, coordinator, venue manager, or event manager
- Familiarity with wedding timelines and vendor management
- Experience working with wedding venues and wedding professionals
What We Are Looking For

Compensation is provided on a per-event basis for Lead Planner assignments and hourly for Assistant assignments. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
