We are a busy immigration law firm providing high-quality legal services in family-based and employment-based immigration, as well as select humanitarian and removal defense matters. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal who can manage a diverse caseload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file family-based immigration petitions (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, N-400)
- Prepare and assist with employment-based cases (H-1B, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status)
- Assist with RFE responses and document collection
- Support asylum and removal defense cases (EOIR filings, court prep), as needed
- Draft affidavits, support letters, and legal documents
- Communicate with clients and employers regarding case requirements and status
- Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and compliance tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of immigration law experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with both family-based AND employment-based immigration
- Familiarity with USCIS, DOL (PERM), and EOIR processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (Arabic or Spanish) is a strong plus
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with immigration software (INSZoom, LawLogix, Docketwise, etc.)
- Experience working with employers/corporate clients on visa processes
- Prior experience in a fast-paced immigration law firm
