About J&M Paving & Sealing
For over 34 years, J&M Paving & Sealing has been the trusted name for commercial and residential asphalt across our region — sealcoating, striping, patching, and new asphalt. We take a local, hands-on approach, and we believe in doing the right thing, working hard, and taking pride in building something that lasts. That's not just talk; it's how we've built our reputation and our relationships over time. We look for people who bring energy and urgency to their work, take ownership without being told, and understand that accountability matters more than titles. We speak directly, we expect feedback, and we focus on getting a little better every day. At J&M, we take safety seriously: everyone works smart, looks out for one another, and goes home the same way they showed up.
If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you!
