Virtual School Occupational Therapist Position – Minnesota | 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide teletherapy services for a Minnesota school district during the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote opportunity is a great fit for an experienced OT who enjoys the flexibility of virtual service delivery while helping students develop the skills needed for academic and daily success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Provide support related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional classroom participation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and student planning discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy through a secure virtual platform
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Experience working with K–12 students preferred
- Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, and school-based therapy services
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable providing services through a virtual platform
