What you’ll do
- Support daily school operations alongside the Director
- Coach and develop teachers to maintain strong classroom quality
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Early Childhood Licensing requirements
- Assist with enrollment, tours, and family communication
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
What to expect
- This is a hands-on leadership role
- You will step into classrooms to support ratio and staff when needed
- Schedule is flexible and may include opening and closing shifts based on school needs
What you’ll need
- At least 2 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- 2 years Previous leadership experience (Assistant Director, Lead Teacher, or similar)
- Strong understanding of classroom operations, compliance, and staff support
- Must meet Colorado Early Childhood licensing qualifications (education and/or ECE coursework required) Level 3 Required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
- Assistant Director: $27-$28/hourly
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

- All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
