American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Tele RN for a Neuroscience/Epilepsy Monitoring Unit position requiring 2+ years of neuro med surg experience and a compact or MD RN license.

Work on the Neurosurgery/Neurology Zayed 12E unit within a hospital setting

Unit specializes in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of intractable seizure disorders as part of a Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

Care for complex neurology and neurosurgery patients from around the globe seeking innovative treatments
-
13-week assignment on night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
-
Orientation scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month

Active RN license (Compact or Maryland state license) required
-
Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of neuro med surg/tele nursing experience required

Prior experience with neurology patients required

Experience in a comparable facility size (500+ bed facility experience) required

EPIC EMR experience preferred

Prior travel nursing experience preferred

Provide direct nursing care in a specialized epilepsy monitoring and neuroscience environment

Work alongside a team recognized for treating complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions using innovative technologies
