About the Event
The Atlanta Tech Week 2026 Cookout is a community-focused networking experience bringing together founders, entrepreneurs, investors, creatives, corporate innovators, and emerging talent for an evening of meaningful connections, great food, and Atlanta culture.

What You'll Do
As an Event Management Volunteer, you'll assist with:
- Event setup and venue preparation
- Guest registration and check-in
- Sponsor and VIP hospitality
- Event logistics and operations
- Guest experience and attendee engagement
- Social media and content creation
- Event breakdown and post-event wrap-up
No two tasks will be the same, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how successful events are produced.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidates are:
- College students or recent graduates
- Interested in event planning, marketing, communications, hospitality, public relations, entrepreneurship, or business
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
- Comfortable interacting with professionals and guests
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
No previous event experience is required—we're looking for enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
