Administrative Assistant
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (In-Office Position)
MGE Management Experts is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support multiple areas of the company and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Cover reception desk breaks and assist with front desk duties.
- Organize and maintain client folders in alphabetical order.
- Assist with live seminar screening and event support.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Help maintain organized filing systems and records.
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist management with special projects and administrative assignments.
- Support office operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and office software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.
