About the Opportunity
Desort is expanding our national Dental Division and seeking a Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist to drive growth across DSOs, private practices, and multi‑location dental groups.
This role is built for a polished communicator who thrives in a performance‑driven environment and excels at building long‑term, high‑value client partnerships. You’ll represent a fast‑scaling recruitment brand with a strong reputation in the dental industry.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of dental clients
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct outreach and pitch Desort’s recruitment solutions
- Strengthen Desort’s presence across DSOs and private practices
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
- Provide insights on dental hiring trends and compensation
- Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency

- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or dental/healthcare staffing
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Confident with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
- Organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple pipelines
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
Compensation (Commission‑Only)
- Unlimited commission
- Bi‑annual performance bonuses (twice a year)
- Recommended earnings range: $85,000 – $180,000+ annually , depending on performance
- Fully remote role
