Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- NCLEX-RN passed
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
- Specialty-specific experience strongly preferred
- Must be a citizen of Canada, Australia, Chile, or Mexico
- Must meet applicable U.S. visa/work authorization requirements
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by specialty but may include:
- Perform comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
