We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver / Roadside Assistance Technician at BMW of Wesley Chapel to provide emergency roadside services including towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery. This role requires strong driving skills, a safety-first mindset, and excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL in good standing required)
- Clean driving record
- Prior towing or roadside assistance experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
