Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, active California OT license required
- Prior experience providing OT services in a school setting is essential
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and contribute positively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Willingness to provide services exclusively as an OT (no COTAs)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Document all services in compliance with district and state standards
- Adapt interventions and recommendations to meet changing student and school needs
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed and stay current with school schedules and required documentation
