Territory Manager
The Territory Manager is responsible for leading growth in the Northeastern and Central Massachusetts market by driving territory strategy, developing strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing team of Brokers and Prospective Brokers. This role sets clear goals, analyzes market and performance data, and ensures the effective execution of sales plans to achieve division targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead territory strategy, forecasting, KPI management, and business planning.
· Build, coach, and develop Brokers and PBs through regular performance reviews, field visits, and ongoing support.
· Strengthening customer relationships through consistent market presence and engagement with top accounts.
· Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Credit, Traffic, Merchandising, and Key Account teams—to ensure aligned execution.
· Identify opportunities for route optimization and lead the implementation of route improvements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; proven success in business development or sales.
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; fluency in English (Spanish a plus).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools (e.g., Salient, OMS, CRE, Salient).
· Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and the ability to coach and influence others.
· Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly.
Preferred Experience
· Prior leadership experience and familiarity working with independent contractors.
· Strong emotional intelligence, learning agility, and the ability to build an inclusive, high-trust team culture
Good Faith Estimate of Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
