Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring:
- Maintain and organize safety documents, records, and databases.
Prepare and distribute safety reports
- Following distance alerts
- Harsh braking alerts
- HOS violations
- Personal Conveyance use
- Assist in monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Help track and document safety incidents and corrective actions.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing the necessary documentation.
- Observe drivers in the process of delivering fuel.
- Identify drivers who are not following TTE processes while delivering fuel and communicate to the Operation Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents.
Communication:
- Distribute safety alerts and updates throughout the organization.
- Proficient in writing emails to describe Safety observations.
General Office Duties:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other administrative tasks.
- Order and maintain safety supplies and equipment inventory.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, etc.).
- Familiarity with incident reporting systems or safety software.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed while sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at a time.
Wage Range: 16.00 - 20.00 per hour
