Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, aligning with the organization's mission and vision
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning among nursing staff
