SEE IT FIX IT | Contract / Project-Based
SEE IT FIX IT is expanding our network of experienced Networking & Low Voltage Field Technicians for ongoing client projects in retail, commercial, and office environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot Cat5e/Cat6 and low-voltage cabling
- Install and replace routers, switches, access points, and network equipment
- Support POS systems, kiosks, printers, desktops, and other IT hardware
- Perform network rack cleanup, equipment swaps, site surveys, and technology refreshes
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
- Follow scopes of work, diagrams, installation guides, and client procedures
- Coordinate with remote support and dispatch teams
- Take required photos and complete service documentation
- Maintain professional communication while onsite
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of field service, networking, low-voltage, POS, or related IT experience
- Experience with cabling termination, testing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with routers, switches, POS systems, kiosks, and desktop hardware
- Own basic field-service tools and testing equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
Preferred for Higher-Tier Projects
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Proof of general liability insurance
- Ability to meet client-specific onboarding requirements
Technicians meeting additional compliance requirements may receive priority consideration for larger, repeat, and higher-tier projects.
