What you’ll do
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms
- Explain procedures, answer questions, and help patients feel comfortable
- Position patients and operate mammography equipment to capture high-quality images
- Follow physician requests and imaging protocols accurately
- Complete quality assurance checks and follow radiation safety standards
What you’ll have
- Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology technology program
- ARRT certification in Radiography required
- Mammography certification through ARRT required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong patient care, communication, and technical skills
