Training Program (3 to 6 Months)
You move through 3 levels as your skills grow:
- Beginner – Safety, tools, basic tasks
- Intermediate – More repairs, less supervision
- Advanced – Complex work, ready for permanent role
- Pay Increases
- +$1/hour at Intermediate
- +$1/hour at Advanced
- Final increase when hired permanently
