Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and promote our products.
- Explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and confidently.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyze client data and market trends to develop targeted marketing strategies that boost sales performance.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to protect sensitive information.
Pay: $75,687.31 - $186,333.11 per year
