Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support a high-volume inside sales team within the aviation industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, driving quoting activity, and ensuring strong customer engagement and follow-through.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong aviation knowledge, team leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily operations of the inside sales team
- Review and manage quoting activity, follow-ups, and order progression
- Act as escalation point for complex customer and sales-related issues
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and operational procedures
- Oversee high-volume communication including calls, emails, and data entry
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through team execution
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Drive accountability and performance within a fast-paced sales environment
What We’re Looking For
- Aviation experience required (aircraft parts knowledge preferred)
- Strong background in inside sales, customer service, or aviation operations
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience managing quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong coaching and team development abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Background check and drug screening required
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience
- Experience in a quota-driven or performance-based environment
- Experience within aviation, airlines, MRO environments, or aircraft parts operations
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational settings
