Office Administrator
Havertown, Pennsylvania 30+ Hours Per Week
Dougherty Contractors is a respected, family-owned contractor serving Delaware County and the surrounding communities. We are seeking an organized, dependable, customer-focused Office Administrator to help keep our office running efficiently while providing an exceptional experience for each client.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs & Sheets).
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and project calendars.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, work orders, and correspondence.
- Maintain customer records and digital filing systems.
- Assist with billing, accounts, vendor communications, and project documentation.
- Order office supplies and support day-to-day office operations.
- Support field staff and ownership with administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Office administration experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning office systems.
