Job Title: Salad Bar Attendant / Prep Cook / Grill Cook

Overview:
We are seeking reliable, motivated team members to join our kitchen staff in a fast-paced, professional food service environment. This position will support multiple areas of the kitchen, including salad bar preparation, food prep, and grill station operations. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for salad bar, including washing, chopping, and portioning produce a couple days each week and between meal service
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and fully stocked salad bar throughout each meal service
- Assist with general food prep, including slicing meats, preparing vegetables, and assembling recipes as assigned
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
- Operate grill station a couple days a week, cooking items to order while maintaining consistency and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred (salad bar, prep, and/or grill)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs

Schedule:
- Day shifts, afternoon/early evening shifts, and weekends as needed
