What You'll Do
As an HVAC Installer, you'll help homeowners enjoy reliable comfort while representing our company with professionalism and pride.
Your responsibilities include:
- Install residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
- Complete installations according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Perform startup, testing, and system commissioning to ensure peak performance
- Make necessary ductwork modifications and system adjustments
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Explain system operation and maintenance to homeowners
- Complete installation paperwork accurately using company software
- Work closely with your installation team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Continuously improve your skills through training and certifications
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read installation instructions and follow company procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and customer-focused communication
Preferred Certifications
- EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain)
- NATE Certification is a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift equipment and materials up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
