Woodcrest School, a private K–8 school in Tarzana, California, is seeking a passionate Part-Time Spanish Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish classes to students in Grades 4–8.
- Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned with age-appropriate language acquisition goals.
- Foster conversational Spanish through interactive activities, games, music, storytelling, and project-based learning.
- Integrate cultural experiences and traditions into instruction to deepen students' understanding of the Spanish-speaking world.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school leadership to support student success.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Previous teaching experience with elementary and/or middle school students preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for working with children and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated faculty team.
