Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community/Leasing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for enhancing resident satisfaction while maintaining the property’s standards. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, sales acumen, and facilities management to ensure a thriving community environment.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of property management and resident satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee facilities management to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
- Implement community events and activities to foster resident engagement and build a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate records related to property management, including data entry for resident files and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote available units and assist in the leasing process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management.
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is preferred.
- New Jersey Real Estate License
- Familiarity with facilities management practices is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills with an understanding of marketing strategies in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents and vendors.
- Knowledge of Appfolio Management Software is a plus.
