- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Associate’s degree in an IT-related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience is strongly valued and will be considered in lieu of formal education or certifications.
Experience with document control activities is required. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective knowledge of maintaining a document and data control system.
Solid grasp of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory.
Comfortable with hardware: swapping components, setting up workstations, and troubleshooting network printers.
Ability to manage user expectations and communicate technical issues clearly.
Effective organization and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
Must be able to follow established policies and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
