Overview
Must speak Arabic preferably with an Iraqi dialect. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to clients in their own homes. This role is vital in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for individuals requiring personal care assistance. Background check will be done.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and manage medication schedules as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients of all ages, including elderly and post-acute patients
- Support clients with nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Observe and report any changes in health status or behavior to healthcare professionals promptly
- Aid in light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Support clients during recovery from surgery or illness, including post-operative care at home
- Assist with outpatient or clinic follow-up appointments as needed
Skills
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home settings, or social work is preferred.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed for mobility support
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and resident rights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Excellent observational skills for monitoring health changes and recognizing emergencies
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care
- Ability to adapt quickly to different healthcare settings and client needs

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
