We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Home Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on exterior home maintenance tasks and offers the potential for full-time employment.

Perform daily exterior home maintenance tasks.

Pressure wash home exteriors and hardscapes.

Wash windows and polish metal fixtures.

Set-up and move outdoor furniture.

Identify and report any maintenance issues.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Clear English language communication skills.

Flexibility with shift schedules.

Ability to multitask and complete high-quality work quickly.

Valid Driver's License held for 3+ years with no incidents.

Experience in residential home services, groundskeeping, or hospitality services is preferred.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $22.00.
