We have recently completed major updates to our service department and doubled our shop capacity, creating exciting opportunities for experienced advisors to grow with us.
Kia experience is preferred. CDK Drive experience is preferred. Candidates with both Kia and CDK experience, along with a proven track record of success, will be highly considered for a top-tier pay structure.

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
Schedule service appointments
Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
Review repair orders to ensure all work is completed properly
Perform and explain multi-point inspections
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Achieve performance goals and objectives set by management
Assist management with additional duties as assigned
Effectively communicate with both internal staff and external customers
Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
Reliable and dependable
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Kia experience preferred
CDK Drive experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
