Job Description
We are a golf cart manufacturing company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented After-Sales Operations Specialist to support our after-sales department. This role will act as the key point of contact for customers, providing technical support, managing parts inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of the after-sales business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a good understanding of logistics and parts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Diagnosis
- Handle after-sales customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Diagnose customer questions and provide accurate technical support.
- Parts Knowledge & Sales
- Maintain strong knowledge of all parts to support accurate customer service.
- Handle limited parts sales when necessary, ensuring correct invoicing and order follow-up.
- After-Sales Warehouse Management
- Organize and maintain the after-sales warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and update suppliers in time to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Administrative & OA Support
- Draft and submit OA approvals to ensure departmental requests are processed promptly.
- Prepare parts purchase invoices and send them to customers, following up on payments.
- Logistics & Shipping
- Apply basic logistics knowledge to manage the shipment of parts.
- Track shipments and follow up with customers to confirm receipt.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or above; degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in after-sales, customer service, logistics, or warehouse management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of automotive/golf cart parts is highly desirable.
- Ability to organize inventory and manage suppliers.
- Basic logistics knowledge and experience with shipment coordination.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP or OA systems preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Mandarin-speaking preferred for coordination with overseas teams.
