The Data Analyst will develop and manage business intelligence solutions, collect and validate data, analyze results, and create reports and visualizations. They will collaborate with colleagues and communicate with clients to meet business needs and build automation for reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization.
Developing and maintaining dashboards, generating reports, preparing data visualizations, and using data to forecast or guide business activity.
Collaborating with colleagues for the purpose of collecting and structuring data.
Collect, audit, compile, and validate data from multiple sources.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques or relational databases and produce ongoing as-needed reports to meet client and/or business needs.
Communicate internally and with clients externally to collect and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data.
Works on medium complexity projects.
Build automation and additional efficiencies into manual reporting efforts.
Create ad-hoc data sets through graphs, tables and other visuals based upon business requests.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of relevant experience required
BA/BS in relevant discipline required
Microsoft Certified Preferred (PL-300, DP-500, DP-900, MB-260, Excel, SQL, etc.)
