Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Roofing Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will oversee roofing project coordination from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and on-site teams. Your expertise will help drive efficient project execution, maintain high safety standards, and ensure that all roofing projects are delivered on time and within budget. Duties
- Processing supplier invoices and assigning them to the correct jobs
- Creating and submitting purchase orders
- Uploading receipts, contracts, insurance documents, invoices, and other paperwork to the correct job files
- Adding new jobs to the production queue and keeping job statuses updated
- Scheduling customer appointments, inspections, and project-related meetings
- Contacting insurance companies to follow up on estimates, supplements, approvals, depreciation, and payments
- Registering manufacturer warranties and uploading the certificates
- Coordinating with subcontractors and confirming schedules
- Sending subcontractor work orders and collecting invoices
- Coordinating material orders and deliveries with suppliers
- Confirming materials are scheduled for the correct job, address, and installation date
- Following up on missing, delayed, or incorrect material deliveries
- Submitting and tracking permits and inspections
- Tracking deposits, customer payments, outstanding balances, and mortgage-company checks
- Preparing change orders and obtaining customer signatures
- Coordinating dumpsters, equipment, cranes, and other jobsite needs
- Processing material returns and verifying supplier credits
- Preparing job closeout packages
- Requesting customer reviews and referrals after completion
- Maintaining weekly reports showing jobs waiting on insurance, ready to schedule, under construction, awaiting inspection, and ready to close

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
