STATUS: Part-Time
AVAILABILTY: Evenings and every other Saturday
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicant is required to have a high school diploma or must be sixteen (16) years of age or older and currently enrolled in high school. Must possess basic clerical skills, good oral and written communication skills, and an ability to set priorities. Must be able to organize and coordinate work efficiently. Computer skills are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing overall administrative support for the Kaw Nation Wellness Center.
- Responsible for all clerical support to staff including, but not limited to, word processing for reports and drafts of schedules.
- Responsible for preparing materials for all certifications and/or trainings as needed.
- Responsible for typing, word processing, filing, answering phones, making copies, and scheduling.
- Keep each area assigned to clean dusted, vacuumed, and trash emptied.
- Clean and sanitize all bathrooms, keep paper towels and toilet tissue stocked.
- Report any problem that should require knowledge of specific training to repair or correct to Immediate Supervisor.
- Wash windows inside and out on a periodic schedule.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor.

- Four (4) hours of Annual Leave begins accruing with the first paycheck and each full check during employment. As the employee’s length of service increases the 4 hours accrued increases to 6 (after 3 years), 8 (after 10 years), and 10 (after 15 years) hours per paycheck.
- Four (4) hours of Sick Leave begins accruing with the first paycheck and each full check during employment. This amount remains the same throughout employment.
